Instructions for Use

After flossing, apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to a moistened toothbrush. Gently but thoroughly brush your teeth, preferably after every meal, as well as morning and evening, or as directed by your dentist or doctor. For best results, use mouthwash afterwards. To do this, mix one drop of doTERRA On Guard Protective Blend in 236 ml of water. Rinse vigorously for one minute, then spit out.
